Is there any time during your school day where you can talk within your class about the issues that are on your mind?

I don't mean to put down dp, as I do believe it is a noble endeavor, but this particular question seems a farce. What answer do you expect? Yes? hahaha... No one talks about what's on their mind, especially feeling related, to ANYONE in school/college/work/home... You speak about what's on your mind to only those selece few that have earned your trust.

My school-AnotherGovernmentFailure Middle School-does not encourage it's prisoners to talk with each other about what the wardens call Your Feelings.All though the head wardens (they call themselves the principal and the guidance counselor) often tell us that they are Here For Us.
