If you could change one aspect of your life, what would it be?

I would change my parent's religion. They belong to a fundamentalist group, and their teachings and practises are very harmful to themselves and to me, but they don't realize it. I'm sure my life at home would be much better without their religious fanaticism.

If I could Change one aspect of my life it would be the fact that ever since I was 8-yrs.-old I have been sick in some kind of way. I would change that aspect just so that maybe I could get to know what it would be like to be happy and normal.

I would change my vocation. Since using psych. therapy, I discovered that BOY! did I choose the wrong profession 30+ years ago. I need something with order, a beginning and an end, and where I get a measure of respect. That has definitely NOT happened in the nursing career I chose and, especially, in this last year of being school nurse.

I would change the way i act with the opposite sex. i become loud and obnoxious. i've never had a dad. maybe he could be with me when my date comes to pick me up. i need to be less of a guy and more of the quiet, shy, modest girl everyone wants to date.

the fact that I've been raised in a Christian home and had beliefs pushed on me my whole life. I am now sure that Christianity is not the religion for me, it doesn't fit my beliefs. But I know that if I openly practice any other spirituality, my mom will cancel my internet connection, force me to go to church every sunday, etc. I don't want her to know how I feel about this, so I have to keep everything hidden. I don't enjoy it, either. I want to be ME, who I am, and who I am is a person who has her own ideas about things.
